What are some cute shoe stores?

I'm 13, and tall. 5'6". I want cute shoes to wear to school in the fall. Any thing with a big heel are out of the question. Last year I wore converse everyday but I want to change it up this year. I am for sure buying a pair of Uggs.. what are some places with cheap, cute shoes? And do you suggest any brand of shoes?
