I the 4 position telescoping stock for the M4 carbine being phased out in the US Military?

Not any time soon. If they do change it on the M4, they are most likely going to change a lot of other things with it to. The M4 is highly overrated and I'm sure everyone who has put rounds down range knows what I mean.
