Is he being a cheapskate with me?

Its not bad of you. & i'm like him, i like to walk places when i can cause its cheaper and its makes for better convo and its nice to take it all in.if you dont want to drive him id suggest wearing diffrent shoes. It didnt souns like he meant for you to pick up the tab, but gas is expensive, whats wrong with riding together?
