If you really think the food is part of the problem, I'd start changing the formula soon, also to help your dog lose weight add canned pumpkin into her meals, but not on top of what you would normally feed her, change the ration to include the pumpkin, it'll not only help her to lose the weight w/o her feeling hungry it can also be used for upset tummies.
