Is it appropriate to give your email address to a woman you just met in the produce isle at the store?

I was at Trader Joe's tonight and I saw an older woman and I wanted to have sex with her. Would it be weird to walk up to a stranger and say, "hey maybe we can exchange recipes", and give her your email? If that is weird, then how can you do it so that it isn't weird? She asked me about some leafy green vegetable she was looking at first, so it wasn't like she didn't initiate conversation. However, I didn't know how to go about it. Older ladies, give me some advice on how to provide a phone number or email, etc. to ensure I can reach you later for some fun hopefully.
