Where can i go shoot my rifle?

Keoni gave you the laws and rules (I'm giving him a thumbs up). I'll add this as well--DO NOT shoot and hunt on railroad property. That used to be a common practice many years ago, but the railroads will now prosecute any person without a moment's hesitation for shooting a firearm on the railroad tracks.
