Which is the better deal?

i plan on trading my excellent condition mosin nagant m44 carbine with 400 rounds of military surplus ammo, the sling, and 15 stripper clips for a remington 870 12 ga shotgun with a 26'' barrel and 25 rounds of #00 buckshot. both weapons are used. who is getting the better deal in your opinion?
