Sharp Heel pain help!!!!!!!?

I have had this mysterious sharp heel pain for a number if years now, but it only happens after sprinting and then I come to a complete stop, soon after the pain comes. It becomes difficult to walk yet alone sprint again, and I always seem to get it in my baseball games. The pain lasts for a couple of hours. I am 5'11.5 and size 13 shoe if that helps
