North Carolina defunds Planned Parenthood, birth control, abortions, etc.... Thoughts?

It's just another case of a state desperate for funds looking for ways to save money and avoid tax increases. Doesn't matter what the voters say they want. They don't want a tax increase either, but sooner of later they must realize you cannot have your cake and eat it too. It's one or the other. There is nothing more to it than that.
