Polish tantal and the galil carbines?

on sum tantals there canted sight issues - self experience, But what about the Golani - Galil carbine is it better then the tantal - do i have 2 b concern bout canted sight issues 4 the Galil.. Which is better and the calibers in both rifls are they the much alike. ballistic wise i mean - 223 vs the ak 74 round.
