Please give me the links to ALL needed kits to build an ar-15?

i want to build an ar-15 for 800 or under! i KNOW it can be done i was talking to a guy who did it! so please just give me the links to the parts i need dont link me partial kits please that realy makes me angry im looking for an ar-15 in 5.56x45mm or an ar carbine in that caliber for that price so please help me if you can im getting realy frustrated becasue i dont know all the parts or kits that i need ive never built a rifle before (i own several firearms) ive just never built one
