Where can i find an M4A1 parts sizes?

I'm planing to make a toy gun (M4A1 Carbine) for the first time, i have no idea about the sizes of its parts, is there a site where i can find m4a1 parts sizes? i found something in WIKI but just the whole length of the rifle (33'')
