What movie am I thinking of?

There is this movie that I remember but I cannot place it. All I remember is that there's this man, and his wife is always mad at him because he designs hosiery or something. Because of this he is always inspecting women's leg's and inspecting their hosiery and the wife will catch him in it and get mad at him. I remember there's this scene where he's walking down this isle and all you can see is models from the knees down and they're all modeling fishnet tights and he's inspecting their quality. There's another scene where he and his wife are somewhere and she notices that he is yet again inspecting the hosiery the women are wearing and she gets mad at him, and he says something about how her legs are the only legs he loves... or something along those lines. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
