What electric airsoft rifle should i get?

All of my friends have AEGs and i only have a pistol so i really want to get an AEG. I am looking at M4a1 carbine, G36C, acr, mp5. i want i good gun that is around $100. give or take 20 or 30 dollars. I dont want the fps to exceed 320. I dont want it to hurt too much! Also, i want it to have some weight to it so i know that it is sturdy and reliable. Thanks.
