On x-box 360, The game Oblivion, I've downloaded Nights of the Nine and Shivering Isles, but holw do I play?

A message should pop up once your in the game saying where to go for the shivering isles and you need to go to that city (forgot name) for knights of the nine. sorry havent played that game in years.... playing too much fallout!
