I cant get this splinter out of my heel!?

I got a splinter today and i got half of it out earlier but theres one part i cant get out. Can I just put hydrogen peroxide and a bandaid on it and wait til it comes out? It hurts when I stand on it though. I have dance tommorow. How can I either protect it so it doesnt hurt or get it out painlessly when its not poking out?
