How to uninstall oblivion pc disk two goty HELP!!!?

I installed disk two of oblivion goty [the one with shivering isles, and knights of the nine]. I use the item duplication glitch and now it doesn't work. Just wondering if there was any way to just remove disk two files and be able to do the glitch again.
