How much would the price of an M1 Garand go down if they were imported from North Korea?

ok so from what Ive heard south korea has a bunch of m1 garands and carbines. First off why are we not allowing them to be imported here? second of all what are the possibilities that they will allow them to be imported in the near future? Lastly how much would the price go down if they were imported here?
