Debating on new airsoft gun. Experienced advice appreciated?

I'm debating whether to upgrade my g&g gr16 carbine AEG blowback's internals, or just to get a nice ICS or Classic Army m4 for around $250. Any thoughts on what internals to upgrade with or any feedback on the ICS or Classic Army would be appreciated.
